A five-story office and administrative building is being constructed along the prominent museum mile in Bonn on a plot with a size of approximately 7,700 square meters. The development with approx. 12,000 square meters rental area plus 140 parking spaces in the underground garage takes up a whole street block between Willy-Brandt-Allee, Heussallee, Welckerstraße and Schlegelstraße. Brandt-elf will be certified by DBNG (German Sustainable Building Council (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen).

Success starts with the right location. A location as offered by brandtelf on Willy-Brandt-Allee in Bonn. As Federal Highway 9 it is one of the main arteries of the city with an increasing importance, especially in the area of the museum mile. Here, the Federal Art Gallery (Bundeskunsthalle) and House of History (Haus der Geschichte), Telekom Headquarters and UN Campus, Deutsche Welle and Post-Tower daily attract hundreds of national and international visitors.

The project mainly fascinates due to its extremely prominent location on the museum mile in the middle of the Federal Quarter in Bonn. Neighbors such as Telekom or Deutsche Post are fixed location constants in the direct vicinity, which are amended by the major tenants of the brandtelf project.
Together with the Munich developer Accumulata, Art-Invest developed the office building "Take OFF“ in München-Riem (Messe). Construction for the seven-story property with a usable area of 11,000 m² and approx. 120 underground parking garage spaces started in April of 2012. Completion is planned for the end of 2013. The modern and sustainability certified property is located in an attractive and easily accessible location at the Neue Messe in Munich and is already least on a long-term basis at 84% to Capgemini Deutschland GmbH.

Der modernere Gebäudeteil an der Domstraße hingegen erhält eine neue Fassade – die sich in ihrer Formensprache und Materialqualität aber an die historischen Fassaden anlehnen. Ergebnis wird ein zeitgemäßes Gebäude mit hochwertigen, modernen und flexiblen Büroflächen sein, das sich optisch perfekt in das Quartier einfügt.
Im Erdgeschoss wird das "Domkontor" über rund 800 Quadratmeter Einzelhandels- und Gastronomiefläche verfügen, in den darüber liegenden Etagen entstehen zirka 5.500 Quadratmeter Büroflächen. Der Umbau beginnt im ersten Quartal 2013, mit der Fertigstellung wird Mitte 2014 gerechnet.
