Art-Invest Real Estate pur­sues a con­sis­tent "manage-to-core" stra­t­egy with a fo­cus on pro­ject de­ve­lop­ments in ve­ry good lo­ca­tions and on real es­tate with the po­ten­tial to create va­lue, which des­pite its ve­ry good lo­ca­tion and struc­ture does not corres­pond to the "core" de­fi­ni­tion due to its current si­tua­tion. We create va­lue and fungible core real es­tate by fin­ding al­ter­na­tive uses, re­fur­bish­ments, im­prove­ment of ren­ta­bi­li­ty or the crea­tion of sus­tain­able real es­tate.
