Dr. Rüdiger von Stengel Dr. Markus Wiedenmann
is a Ma­na­ging Part­ner at Art-Invest Real Estate and main­ly res­ponsible for pro­ject de­velop­ment, in­vestor trans­actions and fund ma­na­ge­ment. As ma­na­ging di­rec­tor of IVG Funds and IVG Investment he first es­tablished the in­sti­tu­tio­nal and pri­vate fund bu­si­ness of IVG and then assumed res­pon­si­bi­li­ty for all real estate be­long­ing to IVG Im­mo­bi­lien AG with a to­tal va­lue of EUR 6 billion. is a Ma­na­ging Par­tner at Art-Invest Real Estate and main­ly res­pon­sible for pro­ject de­ve­lop­ment, pur­chase and sale as well as asset ma­na­ge­ment. In his last po­si­tion he was the ma­na­ging di­rec­tor Ger­ma­ny of Tishman Speyer Ger­ma­ny. For se­ve­ral years, Dr. Markus Wieden-mann ma­naged the ac­qui­si­tions de­part­ment at Tishman Speyer in Ger­ma­ny and was sub­se­quent­ly res­pon­sible for pro­ject de­ve­lop­ment, espe­cial­ly for the OpernTurm (Opera Tower) in Frank­furt.

Wolfgang Weitz is Head of Technical De­ve­lop­ment at Art-Invest Real Estate. As pro­ject ma­nager he was res­pon­sible for the plan­ning and con­struc­tion pro­cesses of se­ve­ral large im­por­tant pro­jects such as the plan­ning and con­struc­tion ma­nage­ment of Ger­many's lar­gest in­fra­struc­ture pro­ject in Ber­lin, Lehrter train station/main station Berlin, fol­lowed by the con­struc­tion su­per­vi­sion for the air­port con­nec­tion Co­logne / Bonn as well as the pro­ject ma­nage­ment for the new con­struc­tion of the Main Air­port Cen­ters at Air­port Frank­furt. Un­til No­vem­ber 2010 Mr. Weitz was the res­pon­sible pro­ject ma­na­ger for the rea­li­zation of the OpernTurm (Opera Tower) in Frank­furt am Main.

Stephen von der Brüggen is In­vest­ment Manager at Art-Invest Real Estate. Af­ter con­clu­ding his trai­nee pro­gram at IVG Im­mo­bi­lien AG in Bonn and Lon­don, he worked at the IVG Group in the busi­ness area In­vest­ment (port­fo­lio ma­nage­ment) fo­cu­sing on the con­trol of the assess­ment, port­fo­lio ana­ly­sis as well as the con­trol of the as­set ma­nage­ment.

Andreas Hatzian is Investment Manager at Art-Invest Real Estate. After concluding his studies, he had worked four years at Fortress Investment Group as Asset Manager in Frankfurt. In that position, he focused on asset management for retail portfolios as well as the coordination and execution of diverse real estate transactions.

Florian Velke is Investment Manager at Art-Invest Real Estate. During his work at Wayss & Freytag Schlüsselfertigbau AG as commercial project manager he supported several construction, residential and hotel projects, among those the Main Airport Center in Frankfurt.  Until April 2012, Mr. Velke was at Tishman Speyer as Assistant Project Manager co-responsible for the project Opernturm, Frankfurt. In addition, he was also responsible for the two re-development projects Elisenhof, Munich, and Westend Carree, Frankfurt as well as for the budgeting and the cost controlling of the project business of Tishman Speyer in France.

Thore Marenbach is   Senior Development Manager at Art Invest Real Estate. After his economics studies with a focus on real estate, he was responsible as Investment   Consultant for the sales of several real estate packages at EAM in Düsseldorf, a subsidiary of Bilfinger Berger. In his last position, he had worked four and a half years in Frankfurt as Project Developer at DIC AG. In addition to providing commercial support for the construction implementation of the prize-winning project “Bienenkorbhaus“ in Frankfurt, Mr. Marenbach was in a central staff function in particular co-responsible for one of the largest German inner-city district developments, “MainTor” in Frankfurt.

Dr. Peter Ebertz, EMBA is Senior Investment Manager and Head of Hotels of Art-Invest Real Estate. Before joining Art-Invest, he was Project Manager at E & P Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG in Cologne, where he was responsible for Development and Transaction Management of a commercial real estate portfolio with a value of EUR 3.0 bn., out of which EUR 1.5 bn. were allocated to approximately 50 Hotels. Within this position he managed numerous real transactions with institutional investors. Peter has several years of experience in the hotel management, strategic business development and in the corporate finance sector.

Felix Lange is Head of Finance at Art-Invest Real Estate Management. After working as an auditor at PwC, he was first responsible for managing financial controlling of the project deve­lop­ment OperTurm for Tishman Speyer and then led an accoun­ting team for the existing German business. Before his trans­fer to Art-Invest Real Estate, Mr. Lange sub­sequent­ly worked as the Head of Accoun­ting for GE Real Estate Deutsch­land.  

Lena Brühne is Investment Manager at Art-Invest Real Estate Management. Most recently, she worked on the location deve­lop­ment of the inner harbor in Duis­burg, which was con­ver­ted from a pre­vious indus­trially used harbor to an urban city quarter based on the master plan by Lord Norman Foster. Ms. Brühne was res­pon­sible for investor acqui­sition and consul­ting for settle­ment pro­jects as well as prepa­ration and develop­ment of proper­ties for construc­tion. While working, she studied real estate economics at the IRE|BS (International Real Estate Business School) - University in Regensburg.

Robert Vukas ist Technical Investment Manager bei Art-Invest Real Estate Management. Nach seinem Studium des Bau­in­genieur­we­sens an der TU Darm­stadt hat er von 2002 bis 2008 als Bau- und Projekt­leiter diverse Hoch­bauten für die Wayss&Freytag Schlüssel­fer­tig­bau AG, Bam Deutschland AG und Baresel GmbH, u. a. das Main Airport Center in Frankfurt am Main betreut. Bis April 2013 war Herr Vukas bei der B&B Hotels GmbH als Development Manager für insgesamt 32 Hotel­ent­wick­lungen ver­antwortlich.

Marlene Weber is Management Assistant at Art-Invest Real Estate. She has ma­ny years of ex­pe­rience in the ser­vice in­dus­try and co­or­di­na­tes and con­trols all back of­fice func­tions of Art-Invest Real Estate Management. Pre­vious­ly, Ms. Weber worked as Ma­na­ge­ment As­sis­tant at the IVG Group.

Jan Rouven Künzel is a management member at Art-Invest Real Estate and responsible for the Hamburg branch. As managing director of Waterbound RE, Mr. Künzel was responsible for the project development at Mayfair AG. As branch manager for IVG he built up the development business in Hamburg and then also assumed responsibility for the asset management for all real estate in Hamburg and Northern German with a total value of EUR 1.2 billion. For seven years, Mr. Künzel developed highstreet projects in Germany for the private investors of B&L Group.

Theja Geyer is Senior Investment Manager at Art-Invest Real Estate in Hamburg. In his last position, Mr. Geyer was the authorized signatory (Prokurist) of Waterbound Real Estate and managed the project business in the project development. At IVG he was responsible for leasing, project development and asset management - inter alia for the European headquarters of Hermes Logistik Group. As an architect, he developed office and retail properties in Hamburg for the private investors of B&L Group.

Matthias Lehmann ist Senior Investment Manager bei der Art-Invest Real Estate Management in Hamburg. Zuletzt war er für die Quantum Immobilien AG als Projekt­leiter für die Projekte Dornbusch2, Kaiser­galerie und BOC ver­ant­wort­lich. Zuvor hat er für inter­na­tio­nale Architek­tur­büros, u.a. schneider+schumacher in Frankfurt und Herzog & deMeuron in Basel deutsch­land­weit Projekte betreut und geleitet.

Christian Marquardt is Investment Manager at Art-Invest Real Estate. In his last position, he was a trainee at HOCHTIEF HTP Projektentwicklung and supported the Hamburg team in the acquisition process.  Before, Mr. Marquardt studied economics and business management at the University of British Columbia in Canada and was an intern for numerous financial and real estate business companies.

Birte Lübcke is Management Assistant at Art-Invest Real Estate in Hamburg. She has many years of professional experience in all areas of real estate and coordinates and and controls all back office functions of Art-Invest in Hamburg. Before, Ms. worked several years at the IVG Group as Assistant of the Branch Manager in Hamburg.

Jessica Westphal is Commercial Investment Manager at Art-Invest Real Estate Management. She supports the Hamburg team in all commer­cial matters and is respon­sible for the loca­tion-rela­ted pro­ject con­trolling. After her studies, Ms. Westphal has worked for several years as auditor and in an inter­na­tio­nal real estate broke­rage firm as manage­ment assistant/controller.
